Annulment of Agreement between Fightersoft Multimedia Inc. (OTCBB:FTMC) and Fightersoft Multimedia SRL

Fightersoft Multimedia SRL – (Romania), announces the annulment of the agreement with Fightersoft Multimedia Inc. (Nevada, OTCBB:FTMC, formerly known as Digicurve Inc. ). The document was signed in August 2007, following intense negotiations.
As the Nevada Company failed to accomplish its side of the deal, the Romanian associates decided to act according to the clauses of the said agreement and move for the annulment. Following this decision, all assets remain in the property of Fightersoft Multimedia Srl, and all shares assigned to the Romanian party in the trade are to be canceled.
Starting with 1st of August 2009 , all business relations between the said companies have ceased. Fightersoft Multimedia SRL is a privately owned Romanian company, with no connection with the public company Fightersoft Multimedia Inc. (Nevada, OTCBB:FTMC).
Fightersoft Multimedia SRL is the sole owner of the software patents registered with the proper authorities.
Fightersoft Multimedia SRL invented and holds new software patents for mobile phones and computers, involving non-GPS tracking, video streaming (WebTV, Mobile TV), ultra-targeted advertising etc.
